Indonesian Bay Leaf(Daun Salam)

Indonesian Bay Leaf(Daun Salam) is a leaf using in Indonesia for multipurpose such as cooking or medicine.

Gout is a disease because of abnormalities purine metabolism (hyperuricemia). In a goat treatment there are many differents ways to lower uric acid levels one by utilizing existing natural vegetation. Plants or that plants can be used is by the leaf(Syzygium polyanthum). By leaf contains Flavonoids that can lower uric acid levels.

How To Use: pick the leaf (only leaf) and boiled make a tea, drink 2 glass a day for a week.

Hting Ke

Title: Hting Ke,  Dokudami  Houttuynia cordata  

Purpose: Good for eyes

Web diary: In Myanmar, they make salad with Lape(fermented tea leaf) .  They call it Lapeto.
In Japan, they call this Dokudami.
Dokudami in Japan famous as Jyuyaku(十薬）in traditional medicine.  It is good for high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis and diuretic.  It is also ingredient of detoxify medicine in traditional medicine.
